Do you service my area?

We service most of the Detroit Metropolitan area. Email detroitcleaningprollc@gmail.com to inquire about location.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning includes vacuuming, cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen, and tidying.

How much will it cost?

Price is based on the condition and size of the home. See booking form for prices. If house is worse than stated from booking form an upcharge will reflect your current balance.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We do bring our own cleaning supplies, products and some equipment. Most of our clients have equipment already at their home and most prefer we use their equipment (i.e vacuum). If you prefer the cleaner to use what you have at home, they can do that also.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can request extras under step 4 while you’re booking your appointment. What’s listed in the extras tab is what we offer. Extras prices are listed.

What is your 100 satisfaction guarantee policy?

If not satisfied, a discount will be given on current balance and we will be back out to your home.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds if full cleaning was performed. If cleaning was not up to par we can send cleaner back out to your home and offer a discount.

How do I change my password?

Log into your account and go to the upper right hand corner and click change password. If you know your current password, you can change it there. If you can’t remember, log out of your account and reset password.

How do I change my address?

If you created an account, log into your account, go to the upper right hand side where your name is and click change address. You can add and also edit your address there. Or you can shoot us an email at detroitcleaningprollc@gmail and someone from our Customer Happiness Team can assist you.

How do I change my credit card?

When you log into your account, your booking day and time should be presented on the page. Go to make changes, and what ever changes you need to make, you make there. Update payment info, reschedule/cancel booking, change address, add extras and more.

How do I book my first appointment?

Visit detroitcleaningpro.com and check the number of bedroom(s) and bathroom(s) in your home. From there you can check how often you would like the cleanings. You can pick 1-time service, every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Under each section, there’s a discount offered for reoccurring cleanings. There is no discounts for 1-time cleanings. You can now schedule your appointment and add on extras from there.

Do you offer senior discounts?

For senior citizens and homebound clients that are unable to clean their home, we offer a flat rate fee. We will also try and work with you if you are on a fixed income.

What payment methods do DCP accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards. We are not accepting cash, checks, PayPal or any other any other types of payments.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, you can trust your cleaning professional. We do background checks on all professional cleaners and call at least 3 of their professional references. If I feel I can’t trust the cleaner in my home, I will not allow them in your home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong during your appointment please inform the cleaner. If you need further assistance call 313-380-0442.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your billing info is kept safe and secure. We use Stripe’s software and APIs to accept payments and send out invoices. Stripe is used by companies you shop with everyday such as Lyft, Postmates, Noom, and much more.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, each cleaner goes through a through background check. The cleaner must also provide 4 professional references.

Does the cleaner have or will be required to wear PPE?

All cleaners will be required to wear and have PPE equipment with them.
